Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every creator, brand, and third party interacting with https://billyatlas.com, including through a browser, an app, an API, or any automated tool.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
• Use headless browsers, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform outside normal human use.
• Bulk-download profiles, media kits, or metrics.
• Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or feature restrictions.
• Share account credentials or access with someone not authorised to use that account.
• Create or use multiple accounts to evade limits, suspension, or termination.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the platform. You must not attack the platform's infrastructure or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission.

If you find a genuine security issue, tell us before you tell anyone else. Email support@billyatlas.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before any public disclosure.

If you follow this process in good faith, and you don't access, modify, or exfiltrate other users' data beyond what's needed to demonstrate the issue, we will not pursue action against you for that research.

Don't attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with another user's account, data, or connected platforms.

Don't create an account impersonating a real person or brand, and don't create an account for a person, brand, or entity that doesn't exist.

Don't use data from Billy Atlas — creator profiles, metrics, brand records — to build or feed a competing database, directory, or third-party tool. This applies whether the data was obtained manually or through automation.

Don't resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the platform, or the recommendations and reasoning it produces, without our written agreement.

Don't send unsolicited bulk or automated messages through the platform. Messaging must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) as well as our Community Guidelines.

Don't upload malware, malicious code, or content that is unlawful under Australian law, including under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) or the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Don't attempt to manipulate how recommendations are generated, falsify metrics to change your position, or exploit the founding-creator offer or any other promotional mechanism in a way it wasn't intended for.

Where we make an API or integration available, use it only within the limits and purposes we document for it. Don't use it to circumvent any restriction in this policy.

Data drawn from a connected account, such as Instagram (Meta Platforms), must be used in line with both this policy and Instagram (Meta Platforms)'s own terms. If those terms are stricter than ours, the stricter terms apply to your use of that data.

We monitor platform activity for patterns consistent with the conduct prohibited in this policy — unusual traffic, automation signatures, abuse reports, and similar signals. This is to protect the integrity of the platform and the accuracy of what we show users, not to read your private conversations for unrelated purposes.

If we detect a breach of this policy, we may take proportionate action, including a warning, restriction of features, suspension, or termination of your account. Where conduct appears unlawful, we may refer it to the relevant authority.

Abuse of the platform — scraping, spam, fake accounts, manipulated metrics — degrades what everyone else relies on. The limits in this policy exist to keep recommendations, profiles, and briefs trustworthy for genuine users.

If you have a genuine reason to need bulk access or to conduct research involving the platform, ask us first at support@billyatlas.com. We may agree to a supervised arrangement rather than a blanket exception.
